About Lilian Duckart, Founder
I’ve worked alongside some of the most forward-thinking leaders to shape and build organizations that thrive through change, whether scaling businesses, building new capabilities, or redesigning workflows.
I’ve led major transformations in tech including Facebook’s evolution into Meta and the creation of a new venture within Amazon. These experiences reinforced a simple truth: bold strategies only create impact when executed with discipline and embraced by the people who bring them to life.
As a board member of the European Organisation Design Forum and Certified Organization Design Professional, I contribute to and continuously learn from leading thinking on people, systems, and culture. I’ve also co-founded an angel investment fund, which brings an entrepreneurial lens to scaling organizations.
Having lived in four countries and partnered with global teams, I design organizations with inclusion, agility, and performance at the core. Today, I bring this lens to partnering with leaders navigating AI-driven change and organizational transformation.
