About Lilian Duckart, Founder
I’m the founder of From → To, a business transformation consultancy that helps leaders build organizations where people and AI thrive together.
I focus on redesigning how value is created and how work gets done, translating AI opportunities into sustainable ways of working that strengthen organizational performance. I draw on a curated network of specialists when needed. My career spans global roles at tech companies including Meta and Amazon, where I contributed to large-scale transformations and the launch and scaling of new ventures.
Beyond client engagements, I also provide shadow consulting: thought partnership to fellow practitioners as they navigate their own transformation projects.
I’m a board and faculty member of the European Organisation Design Forum (EODF), where I support leaders and practitioners in building organization design capability to shape the future of work.
Having lived in four countries and worked with global teams throughout my career, I bring an international perspective to the human and organizational challenges of transformation.
